The "Buyer" refers to you as the customer purchasing from Jraphix's OSRS Store A.K.A. the "Seller"

The "Seller" refers to Jraphix's OSRS Store as merchant selling the product A.K.A. OSRS accounts

"OSRS" is short for Old School RuneScape

LEGACY LOGINS/ACCOUNTS

All accounts listed as "Legacy" is sold unregistered; this means the account has no confirmed email linked to the account. Only exception to this is if the account is listed in the "Registered accounts" section and was registered to appeal a ban, in this case you will also be given the email's credentials for inbox access, you can change the email anytime.

JAGEX LOGINS/ACCOUNTS

All accounts listed as "Jagex" will include a OTP code; you need to use an authenticator app to retrieve the OTP code generated every 10 seconds. This is standard to any new account created for OSRS. Every account is created using an email from https://mail.tm - These credentials are provided ONLY when buying logins, every pre-built account format only includes login:password:otp, that is the only needed information for full account access. However, I can provide full account details on demand.

TEMP. BANS A.K.A. TEMPORARY BANS ACCOUNTS

All accounts listed with "Temporarily banned" thumbnails, "Previously banned" or in the "Temp. Bans" account section of the store are discounted OSRS accounts. These accounts have either received a two-day temporary ban OR have been appealed and are ready to play again. This does not affect the future history of the account in any way.

REGISTERED ACCOUNTS

All accounts listed as "Registered account" or in that section of the store has a linked email account. Any registered OSRS account listed is sold WITH full email access and credentials. The buyer will receive 100% of the ownership of both the OSRS and email account.

BANNED ACCOUNTS OR INCORRECT LISTING

In any case if the account you receive is banned, the seller guarantee a refund OR replacement depending on the situation. If the buyer does not receive exactly what is written on the product page as text/information (*Image thumbnails excluded*), I will also provide either a partial-refund or a replacement. A coupon code might also be used to resolve an incorrect sale.

Banned accounts are only refundable or replaceable if the buyer contacts the seller within the first 24 hour after purchasing and receiving the OSRS account information. If the buyer cannot prove this ban has not been caused by his actions following the account ownership, the seller does not have to provide any refund or replacement.

QUALITY WARRANTY FOR EVERY ACCOUNT

The seller guarantee 100% ownership of every account listed for sale. Every OSRS account has been created and built from A to Z in-house. No other partners or affiliation has ever had access to the accounts or data. Every sale is final and data is deleted from my database after transfer of ownership.
